Sarah Boulos Interiors is dedicated to designing spaces that inspire and promote wellbeing.

By practicing a holistic design philosophy I am focused on connecting people to their spaces through design tenets of creativity, inspiration and mindfulness - all guided by a biophilic approach to design - to ensure spaces are grounded in wellbeing first, and enabling you to thrive.

This is why it is my belief that you can elevate your life by changing your surroundings in a positive and impactful way.

Some time ago I was jolted with a desire to design spaces with the sole purpose of inspiring creative expression. A place where artists, performers and thinkers could truly thrive.

Today that desire has grown to realising design as being a vital factor in how we live, operate, create, perform and simply, be.

It has become so clear and fascinating to me, that the space around us has the power to support us and give us a sense of connectedness to ourselves and the world.

Designing a space is designing a multi-sensory experience. It is art. And, it is intrinsic to our wellbeing.

With mindfulness at the core of my practice, and nature as my guide, I'm dedicated to curating that connection between people and their environments in a holistic way. To inspire, ground and, essentially, allow people to feel their best - everything we need in order to cultivate our own creative journey.

We are all creators, after all.

It is my privilege to design spaces and ultimately experiences for others, that reflect and celebrate who they are, through my own creative lens.
